Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

A Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university or equivalent is required. In most cases, candidates should also have relevant work experience in banking, credit, finance or related fields. The specific experience required varies by scale:

  • MMGS-II: Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
  • MMGS-III: Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
  • SMGS-IV: Bachelor’s degree with MBA/PGDBM/any postgraduate degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years of experience.
